Network Maintenance (1)

Routine maintenance to be carried out on network switches. Switches and network are redundant so no outage is expected, but it is possible that a brief network interruption may occur. This is needed asap to try and correct an issue which is degrading VPS performance.

UPDATE 1025: During the reboot of one of the switches, vps2 stopped responding and needed to be restarted. Customers hosted on this server will currently be experiencing a total outage while their VPS is started back up.

UPDATE 1038: All VPS's hosted on vps2 are back up - we're doing a check on each one to make sure none at stuck at windows boot screen, etc
