Storage configuration change

A configuration change is required on the SAN and VPS hosts to increase the number of virtual disks available. This will allow us to provide multiple virtual disks to customers in the future; it is also required to allow additional signups.

• mPanel may be unavailable at times during this change window.
• There is no impact expected on customers' VPS, however there is often the potential for things to go wrong which didn't come up during testing - therefore we'd like to give warning of possible outage.

• Update 3:11am - work completed without issue, no outage was required.
