Slow DNS resolution

Customers who purchased a VPS on or after 15th May 2010 experienced slow DNS resolution due to a misconfiguration of our internal DNS servers. Customers with VPS purchased before this date were not affected.

This misconfiguration was corrected on 18th May 2010 at 3.00pm and DNS resolution is now occurring at normal speeds; no action is required by the affected customers.
