Windows VPS outage on host 'vps3'

Windows VPS on host 'vps3' have stopped working at 4.30am AEST; we are currently investigating the cause.

UPDATE 1100: We have moved affected VPS to a different host.

UPDATE 1130: Have confirmed all affected VPS are working correctly on their new host.

UPDATE 1300: Approximately half of the Windows VPS on 'vps3' were not affected. We will schedule an outage to move all remaining VPS off this host tomorrow.
